Chris Baker does our biz and tax strategy. I was friends with Chris before, but we lost touch for a few years tax season was always crazy stressful, and I always asked why he stayed on and he responded “my boss (founder) is the smartest person I’ve ever met and I couldn’t go anywhere and work for someone smarter or better.” That stuck with me. Years later, we brought in 4-7 businesses (it’s growing). Another partner is a lawyer, so we do all our biz structuring through them as all. We’ve done 5 op agreements, one acquisition, and one sale
