Overall very good process and follow up to get the accounting across the finish line so we could refile our previous year taxes and see savings on current year. The client rep Ian has gone out of his way to be helpful at each stepnof the process.

Sam Wooldridge at RK Partners in particular is very easy to work with. Sam explained the process very clearly and was able to give a concise answer on whether we would be able to save after only a 10 minute conversation. In our case, Sam gave us his honest opinion that we were already probably doing everything we could in regards to tax credits but it was good to have a honest confirmation that we were already doing everything correctly to maximize our tax savings.

I highly recommend the RK Partners team if you are a small business exploring R&D tax credits. This credit was new to us, and the RK team really took the time to walk us through the entire process. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and honest – I never waited more than a few hours for a response and the contract review process was collaborative and informative. Our report was finalized in less than a month and the team worked with our CPA to ensure all necessary documentation was complete for the tax credit.
