Sam's List FAQ

Answers to common questions about browsing professionals, reading reviews, submitting reviews, and joining Sam's List.

Using the directory

Searchers can browse by professional type, location, service, industry, or specialty, then compare profiles and reviews before contacting a professional.

Reviews

Reviews are intended to help users understand real client experiences and make more informed comparisons.

How are firms ordered on Sam's List?

Listings are ordered by Sam's List plan first, then by number of reviews and rating. Firms on paid plans may appear higher. Order is not an endorsement, and no firm is guaranteed the first position.
