It's been amazing! I work with Jordan the most on the CFO services and I can tell he's truly giddy to build out our dashboards, budgets, forecasts, etc. He's taught me so much in terms of what to look for based on what he knows my goals are, he asks thoughtful questions, and puts out truly great work. I have also had incredible experience with Ben! He is so thorough, very responsive, and I know I can trust his guidance on tax and accounting strategy. The rest of their team is great too! We work with a couple other managers on their team who are super responsive, have figured out our current processes, improved them, and even made them more efficient. We've worked with many other bookkeepers, CPAs, and fractional CFOs in the past but we really leveled up when we brought on 8FF. They truly have been the best!
