Alan and his team have been an invaluable resource for my business. Working with Alan and his team has been an excellent experience from start to finish. They're highly responsive, thorough, and proactive and they don't just react to questions, they anticipate issues and flag things before they become problems. Alan and his team have been absolutely amazing. Our experience with Potrus CPA has been great. They are super responsive. All of their tax software is very easy to use from a client perspective. Their bookkeepers are very attentive and friendly, and we love that they communicate with us on Slack. Overall, it's been a great experience that minimizes our time working on accounting and so we can focus on our primary business. They're very communicative, but they'll happily take time to explain to me the bigger picture and the why behind certain tax strategies or certain line items of why we're doing bookkeeping a certain way.
