They saved me time and stress in trying to organize all of our financial information for our annual taxes. I had gotten so behind I felt overwhelmed even trying to figure out where to start. The team took it in stride and truly went above and beyond at each step. Answering questions from my tax person and my questions along the way. When you work with the Not Dorks team you gain way more than accounting & finance support. You gain champions for you and your business. Phil is a connector, a supporter, and is the person who shares your name in rooms you aren't in. And on top of that, he makes all my accounting and finance concerns feel like just another puzzle piece, not the world-ending situation I have built in my head. I am grateful I found him and the confidence he has inspired in me as a business owner.

I've had the luck to work closely with Phil and Lisa and what stands out most is how genuinely invested they are in the people they work with. They have a way of cutting through the noise and giving honest, practical advice. More than once they've pointed out common blind spots I wasn't aware and not in a way that feels like a lecture, but more like a conversation with someone who actually cares about where you're headed. They're responsive, thoughtful, and the kind of people you actually look forward to talking to. Highly recommend.
