Sam's List Community: 7 Most Reviewed Finance Pros for HENRYs, Q4 2026

HENRYs is a specialty label that firms list on their Sam's List profiles, short for "High Earners, Not Rich Yet". This list starts with what clients wrote, not what firms say about themselves. Below are the 7 most reviewed finance pros for HENRYs among the 94 firms in the Sam's List community: three accountants, three fractional CFOs and one financial advisor.

This Q4 2026 edition ranks them by total reviews as of October 8, 2026. Every firm named is a vetted member of the Sam's List directory. A place on the list is free and unaffected by any payment to Sam's List; How we picked, at the end, has the full rules.

Ratings and review counts are as shown on each firm's Sam's List profile on October 8, 2026. Each review is submitted by an individual who identifies as a client of the firm, and reviews reflect those individual experiences; they are not an endorsement by Sam's List. No firm paid to be considered for or included in this list. Ratings and rankings are not indicative of future performance or results.

Sam's List compiled this list; no regulator reviewed or approved it. It ranks advisors only by the number of client reviews on Sam's List as of October 8, 2026, and it says nothing about investment performance. Before hiring an advisor, check their registration and any disciplinary history at adviserinfo.sec.gov or brokercheck.finra.org.

The list

Each entry sticks to what the firm's Sam's List profile showed on October 8, 2026: the specialties it names, its tagline, the state it serves, its rating and review count, and one featured review. Specialties are the firms' own claims, and a review count tells you how many reviews clients wrote, not how good the work is. Open a profile to read its reviews before you book a call.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should you ask an accountant for HENRYs before hiring one?

Start with fit. Ask how many clients in your position the firm works with now, who will prepare and review your work, and what records it needs from you. Ask which of your tax situations it handles, such as equity compensation or a side business. For a financial advisor, also check registration and any disciplinary history at adviserinfo.sec.gov or brokercheck.finra.org.

Where can high earners find tax help in the Sam's List community?

Browse accountants, fractional CFOs and financial advisors on Sam's List, then read each profile's reviews. This list covers firms in the Sam's List community that name HENRYs as a specialty. Specialties are the firms' own claims, so confirm credentials and fit with each firm yourself.

How often is this list updated?

Each quarter. This edition uses ratings and review counts as shown on October 8, 2026. Each refresh uses new counts, so firms can move up or down or drop off, and a firm that adds HENRYs as a specialty can join if it meets the thresholds.

Can firms pay to be included?

No. Listing on Sam's List is free, and so is a place on this list, which is ranked only by reviews. Some firms pay to be featured elsewhere on Sam's List; that has no effect on who appears here or in what order.

How we picked the most reviewed finance pros for HENRYs

The pool. These lists rank only the 94 firms in the Sam's List community, and every firm named is a vetted Sam's List member. Sam's List also lists firms outside the community, which these lists do not rank, so this is not a survey of every firm that works with HENRYs.

Who qualified. A firm needed a profile naming HENRYs as a specialty, a rating of at least 4.0 and at least 2 reviews. Profiles spell the label slightly differently, such as HENRY (High Earners Not Rich Yet). Nine firms qualified.

The order. Firms are ranked by total reviews, then rating, then name. A list runs 10, 7 or 5 firms and is never padded, so this edition shows the first seven. The last place was decided by a tie: two qualifying firms showed 5 reviews, one was listed, and the tie was decided by name, in alphabetical order. Ratings and review counts are as each profile showed them on October 8, 2026, and they change. Counts include every review each profile showed on October 8, 2026, whenever it was posted. The Serves column is the state each profile lists; it does not tell you where else a firm takes clients.

What a review count means. It tells you how many reviews clients wrote, not how many clients a firm has. It does not measure technical quality or fit, and it says nothing about investment performance. A firm with 5 reviews is not automatically worse than one with 24, and specialties are the firms' own claims, so confirm credentials and fit yourself.

Payment. Listing on Sam's List is free, and so is a place on this list. Doug Johnson CPA also pays to be featured elsewhere on Sam's List; that has no bearing on this list. For more on reviews, read the Sam's List reviews disclosure.
